Curbside Pick-up

During the Ontario lockdown we will be closed to the public, but we're still be available virtually, by phone, and for curbside pick-up.

If you've placed an order online for pick-up you will receive a notification email when your order is ready. Just call us when you're here:

Please note we have 2 locations, if you are unable to select "Pick Up" from your location:
  • Fill out the shipping information and select "Ship to Store - Free" to the store you'd like to pick up from
  • We'll send your items from one store to the other on us

Trunk Shows

We're so happy to be able to bring our trunk show experience online! Stylists are available for appointments both virtually and in store to go over the collection. 
Orders for most trunk shows are placed 1 season ahead, please note delivery dates.

Trunk show deposits are non-refundable, but should an item fail to meet expectations, they can be used as store credit. 

Shipping Canadawide

At this time we are not currently offering international deliveries.

Shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout by Canada Post.

*Please allow us 24 hours on a regular business day (London: Monday to Saturday, Toronto: Monday-Friday) to pack and send your order on top of the allotted time frames given by Canada Post in the above table.See more on Canada Post's shipping options on their website.

*A reminder that during the fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately no shipping provider can currently guarantee shipping dates.

All orders may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. All orders may only be delivered to the shipping information provided on your order and cannot be changed after the order is shipped.

Orders with alternate shipping and billing addresses, or that require credit card verification may take additional time for processing and may delay your delivery time.


This option is currently offered at both stores, simply checkout online with the in store pickup option selected at the location of your choice (London or Toronto), after 24 hours you can come pick it up in person during regular business hours, please bring your order confirmation.
You will be sent an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.


Please note that trunk shows have their own individual turnaround times as they are made to order.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality and fit of all our products and always want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love the pieces that you purchase from us forever! Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.


Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (exceptions are Lingerie, Care Products, hosiery or socks) within 10 days of the purchase date. Store credits never expire and can be used at any location.  

All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.


We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (except Lingerie, care products, hosiery or socks) within 10 days of the purchase date. 

All Sale Merchandise, Lingerie, Care Products, Hosiery and Socks are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

FULL PRICED CLOTHING, SHOES, and HANDBAGS : (excluding items defined below)

  • Full priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 10 days of when the package was delivered.
  • Items received after 10 days but within 45 days after purchase qualify for store credit only.

Additional Information:

      • All returned or exchanged merchandise must have tags attached.
      • Returns more than 45 days after purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
      • Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted ​​ and confirmed a Return Authorization number. Please write this RA number on the outside of the box, all other attempts to return without authorization will be refused.
      • Please use a shipping carrier with tracking capabilities for returns if not using the return label provided after contacting us. Please handle and return with care to ensure contents are not damaged during transit.
      • Shoes must be returned with unworn soles, in the original box with any dust bag originally included.
      • Jewelry - must include return of any dust bag originally included.
