STORE AND BUYING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Assisting Head Buyer and Owner in preparation for pre-market analysis. Creating budget for upcoming market with CFO. Assisting in seasonal merchandise selection and purchase order creation and tracking. Supporting Hangar9 Head Buyer and Owner in daily operations management. Establishing, building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Managing Sales Team
Ensuring that sales staff actively interacts with guests and provides excellent customer service. Overseeing visual sets to ensure all products are being displayed in a neat and clean manner. Staff scheduling.
Ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly. Lightspeed management. Inventory counts. Daily sales. Collaborating with shipper and receiver in regards of merchandise coming and leaving the store. Office supplies management. Analyzing data, designing, developing & maintaining various databases and visual reports.
Coordinate donations with charity.
