Payment & Price Adjustments

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, Hangar9 offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

  • An item purchased at full price has gone on sale or its price has been reduced within 7 days of having placed the order or bought an item in store. 
  • Previously discounted items (i.e. sale items) are not eligible for further discount.
  • The item in question is still available on the Hangar9 website or in store in the same style and size purchased.
  • Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please reach out to info@hangar9.ca to request a price adjustment on your purchase.

If an item is sold by another online retailer on sale, at a lower price, Hangar9 will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

  • The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
  • The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
  • The item is listed at a sale price on the retailer's website
  • The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final Hangar9 checkout price
  • The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the Hangar9 website
  • Hangar9 does not offer price matching on previously purchased items, requests for price matching must be completed prior to your purchase. 

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please reach out to info@hangar9.ca and we will be happy to review your request.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Gift Card.

Refunds are processed once items are returned to the store. Please review our return policy to review which items are eligible for refund. Once items have been assessed by our team, you will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You can enter your discount code at checkout once you begin the checkout process. Please note discount codes can only be applied once per order, and we are unable to process multiple discount codes in the same transaction. Please refer to the terms of your discount code for further details.
