Return Policy

You are more than welcome to change your mind on your new purchase.

H9 will happily take back regular price unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 10 days of purchase.

A credit note will be issued to you; all credit notes are kept on file, never expire and can be used towards your next purchase.

All sale items are a final sale and may not be returned.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

NO receipt will result in no refund or exchange.

Refunds/Exchanges are not processed on Boxing Day.

All intimate apparel, cosmetics, skincare products, fabric wash products and health products are FINAL SALE.

Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

Contact our store 519-672-0073 between business hours : Monday to Friday from 10 am – 6 pm EST. When you speak to our customer service representative, they will issue you a return authorization number (RA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of your shipping packaging. Items must be received back at our location within 10 days of receiving your RA number. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note:

  • We will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Sale items are FINAL. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
